I am writing to inform you of the shipment in poor condition of my order. I asked for a drees which is nothing like the one that appears on your website. I hope you take some kind of measures to solve the problem since I have paid for them 100$.
It is the third time I have contacted you and I haven't received an answer, I hope it is the last time I have to try it since I have always been satisfied with my purchases, and If I don't find solution to the problem, I will stop buy here.
