I'm writing in order to inform about my defective order. The last monday I bought some hoodies from your online shop, the problem is that the quality is not how you describe it. On the other hand, I bought 5 hoodies and I only received 4. 

It is the first and last time that I use your services since obviously they have not been pleasant. If you could email me as soon as possible, that would be good.
