I'm in contact with you because my order form Choices arrived six days late last week.
It was an important order because it was a present from my mom. At first when I bought the present I made me sure that the order arrives the correct day, but when I called to ask what happen with the order nobody could answer me what was happening.

Good morning Patricia, please accept the company apologies. I have just check your order by your email account and I have realized that there was a mistake at the packing area, it has been retained there for one week.
Our costumers are usually pretty satisfied with our service, it never happens to us, believe me.
I will make sure you get the order in 3 days anyway.
