I am writing to complain about the delivery of the package in poor condition. The delivery took place on Monday leaving it on the portal. I called Tuesday to complain about the condition and the aide informed me that I would be reimbursed for the inconvenience within one business week. Wait that week and I have not received the refund. Obviously, this is not satisfactory as the product is not in perfect condition for use.

First of all, I hope you accept our apologies for the mistake produced with your refund. We are checking your orders to be able to make your refund effective in a maximum period of 48 hours. Anyway, we are going to investigate that case to improve our delivery system for your next orders.
Our costumers are usually very satisfied with our work, that issue never have happened in other cases, believe me.
