I am writing to inform you that the late delivery of my order. The delivery had to arrive this Friday because they had to assemble the furniture at home. However, it did not arrive up to now. It is already been 18 days. I phoned on Sunday to find out when it was likely to arrive, but nobody answered me. So I'm still waiting for the answer and tell me when the order will arrive to take the day off.

Obviously, this is not satisfactory. We are living uncomfortably at home because we have gotten rid of all the furniture in the room thinking that the day of the established date would arrive.

So, I am forward to receiving your response shortly.

    Please accept our apologies for the mistakes made with your order. Our customers are usually very satisfied with our service, but unfortunately we were not up to our usual standard with this order. If you are so kind, please check the address you put when you placed the order and check if it is correct. It´s very rare that it has taken so long to arrive, our max. time is 5 days. I am also sorry to tell you that we are not open on Sundays, the hours are from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. We will review your order again and if the error is ours, we will mail you a discount for your next order of 50%. Once again I apologise for the delay.
